My God, how do I start this? I guess I will say, welcome to my blog! I have been wanting to make one for a while, so here I am.
The purpose of this blog is simple, to promote healthy eating while also allowing people to understand that they can eat whatever they want (because I definitely do). It all falls into the idea that eating should be mindful, you should be aware of what you are putting into your body while also enjoying some treats here and there (or everyday…). I will start by posting recipe ideas and doing some blog posts, and see where it goes from there.
As for myself, my name is Stephanie and I am a dietetics student. You’re probably thinking I am a health freak, but I really just like food in general. I also have a really bad sugar addiction, so that’s probably not so healthy… But honestly I will never give up sugar, I tried once.. for like a day… it was bad.
I don’t want to babble too much here, so I will leave you with this beautiful picture of vegetables, because I feel like it. My boyfriend actually took this picture yesterday after we received this basket from a local farm with McGill University, I thought I could casually post this here since it seems fitting.
